I’m Kirana. I was born in Bali and grew up watching this island
welcome the world — and I spent the first twelve years of my career
learning how to welcome it properly.

I trained in Singapore, one of the most demanding hospitality markets
on earth, and worked across five-star resorts before moving into
private-client lifestyle management. For several years I led VIP guest
relations for luxury villa estates in Seminyak and Uluwatu — the
beautiful, high-expectation properties where a single missed detail
could unravel a family’s entire holiday. That job taught me the thing
this whole company is built on: luxury is not marble and
infinity pools. Luxury is that nothing ever goes wrong, and when it
does, someone you trust fixes it before you even notice.

I started Marama because I kept seeing the same failures repeat — a
driver who never arrived, a chef who couldn’t handle a child’s allergy,
a “confirmed” restaurant table that had quietly vanished. I knew every
one of those failures was avoidable with the right person and the right
network. So I built the concierge I wished my guests had always had: one
number, one accountable human, and a roster of chefs, captains,
chauffeurs, and planners I would trust with my own family.

I still personally vet everyone who joins that network. And I’m still
the person behind the line when it matters.

Why We Do This

Marama speaks to light and calm — the feeling of an evening
arranged so perfectly that you simply exhale. That is our entire promise
as a Bali concierge company: to take the friction, the
logistics, and the language barriers off your plate so you can be

We deliberately stay boutique. We are not a mass-market booking app

the dining, the transport, and the celebrations. We do not
handle expat-admin work — visas, KITAS, immigration paperwork, or
long-stay bureaucracy — and we’ll happily point you elsewhere for those.
