Most concierge failures are dull and preventable: a driver who never arrived, a chef who could not handle a child’s allergy, a “confirmed” restaurant table that had quietly vanished. Each of those is a supplier-selection problem, not bad luck.
So the desk is built around selection and accountability rather than volume. Requests come to one channel, are matched to a supplier we have already trialled, and stay the desk’s responsibility through to delivery. You are not handed a marketplace ticket to chase.
